The FAQ page should answer common questions about ordering, delivery time, service areas, payments, and returns. For example, explain how quick commerce works, typical delivery time (such as under 1–3 hours in serviceable pincodes), and how customers can track orders.​

Include simple questions like “How do I create an account?”, “How do I raise a return or replacement within 5 days?”, “Are all products eligible for return?”, and “What happens if a delivery is delayed?”.
